i wanna update this site more... i really need to finish my site overhaul! oh well! i'll get there eventually!

here's just an informal blog post. i think it'd be kinda fun to get into semi-regular blog post updates. who knows when i'll really get that set up, but for now, here's a little attempt at one.

tonight, i'm trying to work on some writing. i'm really excited to be working on my book! for those who don't know, i have a little novel in the works nowadays. it's still a ways away from being 'finished', but i have a pretty good amount of work put in so far. that said, why is it that 100 pages doesn't feel like a lot anymore??? i would've been blown away by a number like that as a kid!
